Position Description: 

Established Community Bank with locations across metro Denver, Boulder, DTC, and Northern Colorado with other locations in CA, AZ and WY and growing.  A well-capitalized bank offering Small Business Owners, High-Net-Worth individuals and their families a full array of commercial lending and wealth management products and services including loans and cash management services, mortgages, tailored investment and financial planning, trust services and estate planning.

Required Qualifications: 

• Requires a minimum of 10 years overall commercial banking experience with at least 3 years in a leadership, strategic, P&L role

• Player Coach role requires effective marketing and business development skills and team sales plan development

• Must have an active Larimer and Weld County network of customers and COI’s

• Requires excellent commercial credit structuring skills

• Undergraduate degree required, CFA, CFP or MBA desired
