Position Description: 

Locally owned Community Bank located in the DTC is adding a Senior Commercial Lender/Relationship Manager to their existing team.

​

This role requires a professional with leadership potential who can work both independently and as an effective team member within a fast-paced work environment.  Must be an energetic producer, who is goal-oriented, and motivated by providing credit and depository solutions to Commercial Real Estate professionals, Business Owners, Individuals and their Families.

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university. 

• 5+ years Commercial Lending experience including the management of a portfolio of client relationships in the Denver/Front Range Market.  

• Underwriting/cash flow familiarity, analysis and presentation skills. 

• Portfolio management skills with focused attention to current customer needs and assess and respond to opportunities to grow relationships.  

• A Front Range network of contacts, current and previous customers and COI’s to help consistently generate leads and opportunities.  

• Experience with high net worth borrowers.  

• Leadership potential. 

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.  

• Strong financial and credit acumen.  

• Proficient at negotiating with the best interests of the bank and the customer in mind.
