Position Description: 

Super Community Bank with branches throughout Colorado and Texas is adding a Senior CRE Lender to their existing team.

​

The primary focus of the Senior CRE Lender will be to generate quality commercial real estate, construction and deposit relationships within the Denver metro marketplace.  Credit facilities include acquisition & development loans, construction, multi-family, owner-occupied and investment property, operating lines, letters of credit, term loans and treasury management products and services.    

​

Required Qualifications: 

• Minimum of seven to ten years of successfully developing, underwriting and managing a diverse portfolio of real estate transactions and customer relationships based in Colorado.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and appropriately structure large and more complex loan requests and the ability to make sound decisions and approval-decline recommendations.

• Excellent business development and relationship building skills.

• Possess the ability to think “outside-the-box” in terms of new business development and marketing activities as well as depository and cross-sell opportunities. 

• Highly effective in a team environment within a high-quality, growth-oriented corporate culture.
