Position Description: 

Our Community Bank client with a long history of success throughout the Eastern Plains, the Front Range and the Western Slope is seeking a Market President to help lead an organic and acquisition growth and expansion strategy into the Colorado Springs Area.    Key goals and objectives included but are not limited to:

 

• The Market President will be responsible for developing a coordinated marketing effort targeting small to medium sized businesses, real estate professionals and high-net-worth individuals in Boulder, Larimer and Weld counties. 

• Market Presidents and Commercial Relationship Managers provides high quality, creative and integrated financial services while cultivating and maintaining existing client relationships.    

• The Market President will actively engage in community activities to enhance the  Bank’s visibility in target markets and to broaden professional networks.

• Market President’s play an important role in mentoring RM’s and other staff members and are continuously improving one’s own intellectual and professional development and operate at all times with highest level of integrity, ethics and commitment to excellence.

Required Qualifications: 

• A minimum of 10 years of diverse commercial banking experience including prospecting, relationship development, underwriting, deal structure and portfolio management.  

• Strong cash-flow based credit skills with deals.

• Qualified candidates will have an active network of trusted referral sources, COI’s, community, economic and industry contacts that will help facilitate the building of a pipeline of quality opportunities. 

• Previous management experience is strongly desired.
